This might seem like a useless comment but no book is useless to me. I love books. But my suggestion is to find it in the library because if you are anything like me, you'll have books stacked up waist high in your living room if you don't

thanks shootingstar67, I love books as well. I think you can buy this book as an e book , or there is a paper back copy. I know my library won't have a copy. But I will put it in the suggestion box to buy one. I have heard it's quite intensive , so I would like to hear form some one that has read it if possible, before I concider buying it. cheers

Hi , I've been getting the e-mails for this product for awhile and was woundering if it's as good as it's made out to be . Has anyone here bought it and what do you think of it. Or is it just one of those many diet / health books that just end up on the shelf collecting dust
