Is Lighter Life any good?
 

Hi there
I am currently doing Sure Slim but to be honest cannot stick to it! There is some much preparation and weighing it really is getting me down! I am thinking of doing Lighter Life. How is it? I have heard good and gad reports. I would really appreciate some feedback. Thanking you in advance

I had never heard of it but I did a search on the forums and saw some threads in the UK Fat chicks forum. I'd recommend using the search function (in the middle of the purple bar on top of the page) or going to the UK fat chicks section and perusing their threads.
