the thin commandments diet/Ultrametabolism diet

Has anyone tried the diet in the book "The Thin Commandments"? How about the Ultrametabolism Diet?

I was on the Turbo Diet at the end of the Thin Commandments and felt hungary and weak all day!!! I think it's because it is extremely lo-fat...
