I am having a laparscopic abdominal and umbilical hernia repair on Wednesday. Hoping to maintain my weight while healing. I know it will be a while before I can exercise, but hope for the best. I'll miss being on here during early part of my recovery, but will be back as soon as I'm able. The good part is, maybe my tummy will be flatter once I get this rather large hernia fixed.
