Hi-I think it's hotter here than in FL. Best thing about FL. is whole house air is common-I have one in my l.r.-but it is 25 years old so I think it needs to be replaced.I was lucky at WW.-I lost .4 lbs which is nothing but I didn't have to pay!!!!I'd like to lose 4 lbs. more but I'm not as motivated so it will come off slowly-also walking is at a minimum due to the heat. I borrowed a pool pass so tonight I'll walk to the pool and swim.. I need to call the school department about substituting-why am I procrastinating?I didn't get sick on the osteo med. -I only have to take it for 14 days every season.The cable went off last night and I had to reprogram my tv-which took ME 2 hours-got frustrated and ate some goldfish after the WW speaker talked about emotions setting off eating.I'm luck-living alone I don't have any really bad food in the house.But there is a pizza place next door.I think I'mboring today so I'll sign off. Mima- Well you did start a new thread! I have done that and said what the heck. I know what you mean about programing your T.V. I still can't program our vcr. and I don't think my husband can either. Since we changed cable companys we haven't been able to get it to record. As long as we can see a tape once in a while we don't worry about it.
I weigh in Thrusday and then we are going off for the weekend. It is my daughters birthday. Hope I don't mess it up with over eating. Bad habit of mine.. Have a good week...Joanne:) :wave:

Hi you two. I don't think my husband or I can program our VCR either. I just wait and if one of my kids wants to do something with it they can. We can watch movies and that is all I ever wanted it for anyway.
