Mary Shomon and CLA= hungry?

:dizzy: I am taking the Tonalin CLA which Mary Shomon recommends in her book, but I find that I am more hungrier after I have taken it and waited the 1/2 hour before eating. I seem to be more hungrier afterward, especially if its only a salad with some chicken. Can anyone explain this to me?
