Hello to all, I am new to the boards and am in need of support and encouragement. I am a long time type 2 diabetic (12 years) who is going through a rebellious streak. :tantrum: I have not been as strict with my diet as I should so I've gained more weight on top of what I had to lose. I look forward to chatting with you and getting back on track
