Default Diabetes Sugar Question

I have a question. I would like to know how to covert sugars from glucometers (ie 7.5) to the 100s thingy?

Thanks,

Melissa

What model meter do you use? You may be able to do it on your meter. Otherwise...I'll reply back if i can find my paper on it.
