Unhappy I hurt my shoulder :(

Hi everyone!

Does anyone have some good injury tips? I wrenched my shoulder a little bit last night and I think i've pulled some ligaments and by bicep. I've put some LLoyd's cream on it last night and had a hot bath, but I don't want to give up training on Thurs

Is there anything you know of out there that aids muscle healing?

This isn't really a health problem as such, more a sports injury.....

Doesn't matter anyhow, cos it's feeling better!

I'm sorry I'm too late to respond. I was going to suggest some anti-inflamitories (if you're not allergic, etc), ice, heat, and getting it checked by a physician.
