Hi to all...I just joined and I am so impressed with the 3FC site! I have all those things I mentioned. I just joined Curves but wasn't able to go this past week-thanks to the Fibro. I began their diet challenge on Wed. I'm hoping for the best. I have put on 35 lbs or more in the last three years. Meds don't help the situation none! I'd love to know what meds, therapies are working for you. I read somewhere about B12 Vitamins??? I look forward to hearing form you and getting to know this site even better. thanks for reading.
How do you add pics in the email. I tried clicking on the mountain button but only the letters IMG were added.
