Irritable Bowel, Anyone????
 

Anyone else on the boards suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)?? It always seems like 2 steps forward and 1 step back.

The food allergies really limit my options to alot of Legums and seasonings. Bloating is also a HUGE plain in the butt. (try buttoning up pants after you just at some pasta with seasoned sauce..Its like gaining 2 inches on my waist..blech) :o I just find all the problems that go along with it embarrassing and so annoying.

I'm just venting now, it is bad but really, I can get used to it..right?? :?:

Does anyone else have tummy troubles or IBS?

i have had IBS since the late 80's it use to be with dieareah (SP.). it was like if i had to go to the bathroom. it was like now and i mean right NOW. i haven't had problems with bloating. my problem is more like my stocach is on fire and lots of pain. like i mean i don't want to move because it hurts to bad. i have had sigmoidoscopys and colonoscopys. there is nothing going on that way. it is healthy. it's just something that happens to some of us. now it is with constipation. i try to eat high fiber but doesn't always work out. i you need an acountability partner and some encouragement i world be very honored to do that. what are your expectations.have a great evening and know you are not alone. i know it can be a drag. thankfully you found this place. it's a great way to vent but also get encouraged. you are special just for the simple reason you are you. hang in there tomorrow is a new day.
