type 2 Diabetes

Hi my name is Alana ,
And I need some help I have type 2 diabetes and I am just starting the low GI diet , I am looking for some support from people who have the same problems . Any diet advice would be greatfully received or just a chat to help me stay on track . I have not been doing very good by myself and i lead a very busy life so attending meeting is not an option for me ,so I am hoping this will be my answer

Hi Alana. Come on over to our Dieting with Diabetes #3 thread and join us in our mutual support and encouragement. Nobody knows better than diabetics how hard it is to lose weight and maintain good blood sugar numbers. Welcome. :wave:
