Hi,I'm new and still feeling my way around so if I make a booboo its unintentional.I have MD{muscular distrophy} so can't excersize much with this low carb diet I stated 2 weeks ago.At first the lbs melted off like butter;10 lbs per week but this week not one lb. Does anyone have an idea why ?

I'm just curious can you do something like "sit and be fit" where you sit in a chair and flex and stretch etc?
