New here and need to lose this weight!!!!
 

Hi, I'm new here and could really use some advice. I had a pituitary tumor removed 2 months ago and have been taking 7 1/2 mg. of prednisone a day. I am also insulin dependent now due to the damage from the tumor. :( My doctor told me that my being fat is killing me and my son (bless his heart) told the doc that I'm not fat just jetpuffed. Anyhow, I am on restrictions and cant do much. I am soooo tired of being fat, having no energy to do anything and dont know which diet would work best.
