Heart Smart, lowering cholesterol
 

Just wondering if anyone else has been put on a low fat diet to deal with cholesterol/heart issues. Would love to be able to find someone dealing with the same dieting plan.

I was so happy to see your message. I have been fighting alone since I had a heart attack 9 years ago.Was very successful (lots of struggling) till last year when injuries stopped my exercise. Just starting back now. Feel very alone trying to figure out menus stay motivated etc. Would love to share. I'll be looking foward to hearing from you! :)
