Any One With A Candida Problem????

Hey everyone,
I discovered that I have a high yeast count (not a yeast infection) while reading the Atkins book. It is almost imposible for me to lose weight and it is very depressing and discouraging. I would love to be able to discuss this with someone familiar with the symptoms and cures.

Hi. I have a Candida problem and it is impossible to drop pounds. It just feels like it welded on to me. This has been going on now for 3 years. When at the Dermatologist this summer, she told me cortisone was something that made yeast really flare! Well, I never had a real problem with yeast before, but after 16 cortisone shots in my back over a 9 month period, the problem is there and just won't go away. I have taken 6 Diflucan tablets (1 each week) and that takes care of it as long as I take it. As soon as I stop, back it all comes. I have been on Atkins, elimiated sugar and starches and still it did not go away. Right now, I am trying the Homopathic remedy for yeast and hopefully, that will work.

I will go find a website on yeast that someone just gave me. It has pretty good info.
