Hashimoto's Thyroiditis
 

Hey there,

I've been being treated with T3 and T4 for a few years now but a naturopath just had me test for Hashi's and I have it:( She also ordered an ultra-sound which came back okay. None of my drs. or other practitioners ordered one.

Anyone want to share their experience with this? I'm going strict gluten free and eliminating dairy for starters. Possibly all out AIP in the future.

Anyone else?
