im on vaction for the weekend and not find the best foods. i have tried my best. salad. cheese and crakers. sandwiches turkey on wheat. but im afriad becuz back home i have a routine. plus NO GYM. i knew i was leavein for the weekend and this whole week i worked out alot. extra and as much. but will i gian alot of weight. only had ice cream once and thats all.
Sounds like you have really tried to eat as healthily as possible on vacation.
It's what you do in the long run (not for a day or two) that will make the difference. Have fun on your vacation and just get right back on plan when you get home!
