There are support communities every kind on the internet and i just really want to be able to talk to other women about what i am going through. Thanks.

ditto the above - this is the best site I've found for weight loss and health support. You'll find threads for everyone--age-related, interest-related, Christian, non-Christian, places for almost every kind of diet, exercise, as well as just fun and general threads.
