sorry to hear about your headaches daytona.
I hope you are feeling better real soon - try to shut out whatever it is that's bothering you - or at least detach yourself from it. The exercise should be helping a lot because it gets rid of any build up in tension and adrenaline. I have not been to the gym this week - have been feeling under the weather so hopefully next week I will get back to my routine...my weight is pretty stable I am not losing or gaining - just at a standstill. I am busy with work which does help to keep my mind off things and I do have my bad days but I just keep telling myself - this day will pass and tomorrow will be a fresh new day. ;) {{{ Hugs }}} to all of you and calming thoughts your way. |

looks like we ALL need to get our fat butts (___|___) to the gym!!! STILL on this diet, pounds are creeeeping off sloooowwly. I am sure it would be faster if I could get to exercise. I weigh in next Friday. I have come to the conclusion that the anxiety is really mostly a problem for 2 weeks out of the month, and I think you ladies already know when that is! :lol: It is so awful, I dread it. So I hope you ladies have a great weekend. It's supposed to be really nice here so I'm taking the pink bike for a spin!!! Best and hugs to you all, Janney, you need to post!! Jennifa |
