Does anyone know if this site has a no-flour-no-sugar forum? If not, does anyone know of one? Thanks!

I don't know about the "no flour, no sugar" idea. I'm sure somewhere out there, someone else is doing it, but I never heard of it.

I'd check the Carb Counter area.

That's basically what people are doing with ketogenic and atkins and such low carb diets. So, ANY low carb area will be filled with people limiting or eliminating those foods.

Subforums are generally formed based on wide interest, although it has probably been a few years since a subforum has been created and they are very difficult to remove once created.

What we normally suggest for people looking for like minded others is to create a thread in "General Diet plans" to look for other people who may be interested as well.

I would check the OA forum. When I went to meetings many years ago, they advocated no flour, no sugar; not sure if they still do.
