Default How do I change my text sizes?
I can barely read my own posts. Why is my text so much smaller than others? How do I make the default size larger?

Default First time
Hello all
I have joined this blog for support as I am trying to lose 30 lbs. for the longest time and this time I want to do it and get it over with.
Any suggestions or comments would be really appreciated.
