I notice when I leave a comment on a blog, my username is not clickable so it does not lead others back to my blog. I thought this was just the way the site was built, but I see a few others have clickable usernames and some others do not.

How do I turn this feature on? I have been unable to find others to reply to them and I'm worried they can't find me too!

I don't have the page I saw it on anymore (The reason I noticed is the first persons name was not clickable, the second persons was, and mine wasn't)
