I really want to start a diet blog, but the matter of the fact is, I really can't figure out how.
Being a slight technophobe, and a forum novice i'm afraid i'm a tad bit lost.

If someone could point me in the right direction, or give me a little step by step i'd be most grateful :)

also i'd love to know what trackbacks are :S
