do i have to have a certain number of posts before i can comment on other blogs?

i keep getting a "duplicate post" error message when i try to comment....

Hi :)

Are you trying to reply to threads on the forum or to the diet blogs? I don't think the diet blogs have anything like that in force.

However, if you copy/paste the same reply to more than one thread on the forum, you'll get the error you describe. This helps prevent spam and also reduce any confusion that might occur from multiple threads on the same topic.
