HELP! SUPERFOODS RX Blogs/Journals

Hi! The last few days I was reading great information from other people on the SUPERFOODS RX DIET. I just started the diet and I'm a bit lost. I signed up to be able to post in the forum and now I can't find where it is!? Any & All HELP is APPRECIATED!:?::dizzy:
