Problem getting back into my account...??

Hi,

I used the diet blog a while ago but haven't logged on in several months... and I don't remember my password. I used the "lost password" option and got an email to reset it. But, following the link in the email just took me to a page that said "check email for new password". There was no password in the email I had been sent.

Help!
