can anyone tell me how to get smilies for the diet blog? nothing too technical I need to be able to point and click or highlight and click....Thanks

The only smilie I've used is the wink one which I got just by typing the usual as seen below.

These are the only ones I've managed to figure out so far. The first three emoticons don't look the same in the blogs as they do in the forum, and the last 3 emoticons don't work here in the forum, but do work in the blogs. I added my impression of what each one looks like, so I can keep track.
