Default Diet Food Plan Advise

Hi, I'm not new to the site, but have been away a while, I need some advise.
I have diabetes and fatty liver disease, am a good 100 lbs. overweight, I know what to do to lose weight, but need a menu of foods to eat. Also, I need to exercise, and I don't like too. Any ideas of how many calories I should start out with and where I can get some menu plans. I have a sweet tooth. Also I weigh 258.00....Help! and I could use a partner in this crime, any takers?

I found great success with intermittent fasting. I read the Obesity Code, (or the Diabetes Code) by Dr. Jason Fung.
I slowly moved to a lower carb way of eating, but didn't rush. The actual fasting for 16-18 hours a day took the weight off quite well for a while without a lot of diet change, and I moved slowly to longer fasts and lower carb as it suited me. (Its easier to do a long fast if you are "fat adapted" and eating low carb) .

I wish you well. We are a supportive group here.
