What is A Normal Blood Sugar Range Before and After a Meal

Just curious. Mine is always around 160 to 180 after a meal and about 78 to 100 before eating a meal. Is this normal?:(

The normal fasting (pre-meal) range is 70-120. Normal people (non-diabetics) return to that range usually within 60-90 minutes after a meal. Hope that helps:)
