Hi everyone!

I am once again determined to engage in better eating, both quality and quantity.
I was moved to this after being told by my doctor that in my condition I am months away from having to start insulin.
I hope I can pedal fast enough to get out of that bad condition. :bike:

Hi Watercolor! I don't ever want to have to go on insulin either. It's a very scary thought. You seem to have lost some weight, so that's a step in the right direction. Count your carbs and make sure to get some exercise. You can do this!

Yeah, I'm sick and tired of being a walking chemistry set, 12 meds a day.
Some decent weight loss should get me off a few.
