this is hard Im wanting to find like minded folks but since im in and out of my mind ?? I am praying for some help and support. Very willing to give the same. I am at this by myself I decided Jan 7th I would do exactly the opposite of what I have done for years yo yo ing I started "Eat TO Live" I lost 21 so far and count cals most days anyone out there? I been up and down A1C . i lost 100 pounds in 08 but of course all but back. trying to find a way to live Help!
