I am so thrilled with my exercise accomplishment today. I have done 28 min on my stationary bike to do a 3 mile ride for today making my net calories to less than 1200 calories for today. :carrot: Don't know if I will do that everyday, but I will definitely do it 2 days a week. My original goal was to do 60 min a week, but looks like I may be able to do at least 90. I also did the stairs all the way up, not just half as well as doing my neck and back exercises that I do before I get out of bed. I am so thankful that I was able to do it.
I've went back to using MyFitnessPal instead of Livestrong to keep up with my calories, because I can get a printable page at the end of the day. Plus they have more food item info. I had to guestimate on my meal at Sonny's yesterday on LS, but on MFP I was able to post everything. No wonder my doctor recommended MFP to me. Plus I have progressed into a modified version of Primal woe that fits my lifestyle. Just seems to be so easy to do now that I am tracking on MFP. Carol Sue Have you tried the recipe?
