Default Monitoring foods, beverages and condiments

For awhile, I have monitored foods, beverages and condiments to find out what elevates my BS. So far, non-dairy creamer, or cream of any kind in Decaf coffee. Jacks my blood sugar up!! Sometimes > 200-300 MG/dL!

lots of creams have added dextrose! who knew that you would have to read the ingredients on a container of cream!

Fatmad,
On the list of ingredients of cream I was buying, Dextrose isn't listed, but corn syrup solids and partially hydrogenated soybean oil is. I'm quiet certain Dextrose is in there, it just doesn't show! I shouldn't partake of cream for two reasons. The serving size used and the unhealthy ingredients.
