@Rie, Thank you for sharing your story, and congratulations on your great success! You should very proud indeed. :)

Rie: that year anniversary is a biggie, and looking back you can feel so good about everything you have done. I was also pleased after a year to be improved, and now I am pretty happy with maintaining and not regaining, and hoping to lose some more, although my doc is pretty happy with where I am.
I think you have been doing great, and will continue to do it. Its worth it.

Rie I cannot thank you enough for telling us your story, it is truly an inspiration!:hug: I had a customer walk into one of my shops and she had lost a lot of weight, I asked her what was she doing and she said, I prayed and asked God to help me lose weight and He gave me Diabetes. I thought that an odd way of looking at it, but, I prayed also and my Diabetes may or may not be from Him, but like her, it has made me look at my life a little differently and has made me eat healthier and lose weight and just get more serious. My husband now has it, we are both Type II and I KNOW it's from our obesity, so now when people ask me how I am losing weight I will say I prayed to God to lose weight and He gave me Diabetes!

We are off today. We closed all three shops due to Tropical Storm Lee, we have been having horrible weather and we did not want to put our employees in danger by having them on the road on terrible weather condition.
