Thanks everyone- it was 127 this morning! I am so excited! Yesterday carbs were 40%, protein 40% and fats 20%. It was a good day!

127 two days in a row! Woot! I weighed in this morning and only had .8 loss dut to TOM. I am trying not to get discouraged. I am hoping when it is gone that I will get a nice loss. As far as health, as long as my bs keeps going down I have victory I guess!
