i am trying to figure this condition and need to know what i can drink-tea coffee ect. can anyone help as i need to drop some well unwanted weight

The only way to knfor sure what affects you is to test your glucose levels often. Some people have no problem with coffee, while others experience a spike from plain black coffee. Test, test, test!

And drink lots of WATER!
