Has anyone read anything by dr. whitaker and if so what did you think? he uses the GI scale to create his diet.

We get so many mixed messages that I'm having a hard time really getting it. Lo-carb? Lo-GI? They aren't the same thing.

would love to hear some pros and cons on both.
