Diabetes and Yeast Infections
Interesting little video . . . http://www.everydayhealth.com/Public...betes_20080905
Don't know about the rest of you, but yeast infections are something I get far too often, although most of mine are the external kind hitting in those nasty folds of excess fat and skin -- the apron area and the under-breast region. |
More Fructose and HFCS information
. . . this time from the specific point of view of those with Diabetes . . . http://www.dlife.com/dLife/do/ShowCo...nd_or_foe.html

Thanks, meowee
You always find interesting tidbits for us.
I didn't have ANY yeast infections for 42 years...until 2 years ago when I was diagnosed type 2. I get them in the typical place, and it's really awful. The HFCS...here in the States, the Corn Refiners Assn. has been hitting hard with commercials pro-HFCS!!! Here's their website: sweetsurprise dot com They say, it's natural! They say, don't believe that your hairdresser is telling you high fructose corn syrup is bad for you! Here's how the well-respected Mayo Clinic weighs in: mayoclinic dot com/health/high-fructose-corn-syrup/AN01588 From indepedent PBS: pbs dot org/independentlens/kingcorn/taste.html A newspaper article: sfgate dot com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/chronicle/archive/2004/02/18/FDGS24VKMH1.DTL And for the journal-minded: westonaprice dot org/modernfood/highfructose.html I love my agave!!! |
