May I Brag?
 

A few years ago my adult son told me he had been diagnosed with diabetes.
I am sorry to say I reacted badly, all I could think of was the possible complications that may occur.I did ask him to follow Doctor's advice and take care of himself. Well....he did that in spades, he has lost 125 pounds is down 12 pant sizes and his doctor has taken him off his diabetes medication.He still has way to go , but I am so proud of him.

I don't blame you for bragging - that is quite an accomplishment!

That is wonderful. You're son is truly an inspiration to me because that is my goal as well. I want to lose weight and get off the metformin.
Tell your son he should join 3FC. Its not just for women. This way we can all benefit from his experience.
