Rhubarb Dessert

  • Hey - it is Rhubarb Season and here is a quick one:

    8 c. rhubarb
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. splenda
    1 - pkg sf Jell-o

    Cook together until Rhubarb is tender. Stir in one package of Jello - strawberry and raspberry are my favorites. Chill till set. Serve with cool whip if you like.

    Total carbs w/o whipping cream is 44.
