Protein cloudy choco mousse
 

Mix

415 gr skyr 0.2% fat

2 tsp vanilla sugar

5 gr cocoa powder

100 ml skimmed milk

40 gr sukrin (natural substitue for sugar)

75 gr whey protein powder with vanilla taste

melt

100 gr dark chocolate (min 70% cocoa)

50 gr white chocolate

And mix with the rest

Place in 7 small bowls and place in fridge for at least 4 hours - it is delicious :)
