Quick Cobbler
I made this today and it was an excellent snack.
1 cup of frozen unsweetened blueberries. (mine were 70 cal)
1/4 cup of instant oatmeal (70 cal)
1/4 cup wheat bran flakes crushed up (28 cal, you could use any bran cereal)
2 packets of Truvia (or splenda)
2 TBSP water
mix blueberries and 1 packet of Truvia in a bowl. In another bowl mix the oats, bran cereal, packet of truvia and water together.
Then spoon the oat/bran mixture on top of the blueberries and bake for 30 minutes.
This entire recipe is approx 170 calories.
