Default Chocolate shake

This could be used as dessert or breakfast.

In a blender first crush 6-8 ice cubes.

Add 1 cup of soy milk (mine is 80 cal)

1 banana (110 cal)

1 tsp of cocoa powder (unsweetened for baking, 20 cal)

2 packets of Truvia or Splenda (0 cal)

Then blend till its smooth.

Get a big glass because this entire large shake is just 210 calories and will leave your belly feeling full!

That sounds delish. I have just started using soy milk and making shakes with it,

This is also great as a chocolate and banana pudding. In place of the ice cubes and soy milk I add a little silken tofu, and viola! A protein-packed healthy snack or dessert.
