Accidentally came across this site - yum. I don't even have to try it to know I'll love it. This is featured in The Biggest Loser recipe book.

Unfortunately, anything is more then one serving (and requires me to bring empty calorie items into the house) will probably never be attempted by me. It's just not worth the temptation to make it two servings (one for me, and one for Jeff :dizzy:)

I wonder what it would be like frozen??? Make a large parfait in a large freezable plastic bowl with a lid... make it last a week??

I never noticed before that you live in Calgary! Wow, we're not only fellow Canucks, we live in neighboring cities :lol: I've only been to Calgary once - for work related training, but I loved being able to see the mountains. And the air - it was so crisp and fresh!

Freezing it might turn out good - let me know if you make it :)
