ORANGE SHERBERT

1 package unflavored gelatin
1 cup water
1 teaspoon orange extract
2-3 drops orange food coloring
25 drops stevia liquid extract
1 packet sweetener
2 cups heavy cream
• Soften gelatin in 1 cup water for 1-2 minutes, then heat
and stir until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Add
extract, food coloring, sweeteners and cream to the gelatin
and whisk well. Cool in freezer until almost solid and then
beat with an electric mixer until it is fluffy in consistency.
Return to freezer and complete freezing. Serve.

Hi, what is stevia liquid extract and where can I buy it? I have never heard of it and yet seen quite a few recipes that call for it.

Stevia is a plant, and the sweetener made from it is 200-300 times sweeter than sugar. You will be able to find it in a health food store. They have powder, pill and liquid form.
