Yum Banana Pudding

I used the recipe from the book for Vanilla Ricotta Cream then tossed in a mashed up banana....yum!

1/2 cup ff ricotta cheese

1/4 t. vanilla

1 pk splenda

1 mushed banana

Stir well----YUM!

It taste almost exactly like banana pudding.
