Mix the following and place in a greased baking dish 3 cups of any Phase 1/2 fruit or fruit combo, 1/2 cup splenda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 of a lemon juice Mix 1 cup oatmeal and 2 tabs of butter (or smart balance type of butter) Crumble it up and scatter over fruit, sprinkle a little more splenda on top Bake@ 350* for about 30 minutes. My family loves this and in the winter for the holidays I double it up and use those pop and fresh butter milk bisquits instead of the oatmeal with a scope of good quality vanilla ice cream. But, for right now we get the lighter version using the oatmeal. enjoy! mod note: copied this into desserts from a daily thread |
