My son, Brian, invented a new smoothy last night.

one carton of strawberry banana no sugar added yogurt (6-8 oz.)
one snack sized cup of unsweetened applesauce
one cup of frozen strawberries
one banana

Put everything into a bowl and use a hand blender to mix it smooth. It comes out thick but smooth enough to drink with a straw. This could probably work with any combination of fruit and yogurt. I bet blueberry would be good too!

This made enough for all three of us to have a nice sized portion and was really good!

4 chef dudes fer BRIAN!!!!!!! This was verrry tasty Barb and Brian! I made mine in the blender, added ice cubes , and ate part of it by spoon it was soo thick and Delish!
