Caramel Apples
Caramel Apples - Phase 2 and 3
1 cup cold fat-free milk 1 package(1 ounce) sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix 2 cups reduced-fat whipped topping, divided 3 1/2 cups chopped unpeeled apples 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 1 min.( mixture will be thick) Whisk in 1 cup whipped topping. Fold in remaining topping. Fold in apples. Refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with peanuts. Yield 6 servings. Nutritional Analysis: 2/3 cup equals 177 calories, 6g fat(1g saturated fat),1mg cholesterol, 287mg sodium, 26gm carbohydrate, 3g fiber, 5g protein |
YUM!!!!! Only problem with this recipe is being able to stop eating it til it's gone! For a really decadent breakfast (but legal) try this over ww French Toast!

Hey, Milk Maid now has SF caramels, and they aren't made with Malitol! Yum! :T You can easily melt them and coat apples in the caramel. So fun! :D |
